Michael Grobelny – nutrition therapist and post-workout recovery specialist

Michael works with people who have suffered injuries, undergone surgery, or experienced joint overload. His approach combines knowledge of micronutrition, exercise physiology, and anti-inflammatory diets. He graduated from the "Nutrition in Sport and Rehabilitation" at the University School of Physical Education in Poznań. He creates plans to support the regeneration of joint cartilage and soft tissues. He is valued for his effectiveness, empathy and individual approach to each client.

Agnieszka Tomala – nutritionist for people aged 60+ and specialist in programmes for older people

Agnieszka focuses on supporting older people, who often suffer from joint diseases, osteoporosis or metabolic problems . For years, she has been running workshops for seniors and educating them about the role of calcium, vitamin D and protein in the diet. She graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a degree in clinical dietetics and is certified in diet therapy for degenerative diseases. Her goal is to improve the quality of life of people aged 60+ through well-balanced nutrition.

Dr Piotr Maj – expert in nutrigenomics and joint disease prevention

Dr Maj is a pioneer in the use of genetic testing to personalise nutrition plans for the prevention of joint diseases. He completed his doctoral studies at the Medical University of Łódź and devoted his scientific work to the relationship between genes and nutrient metabolism. At Stawy Dieta, he is responsible for creating programmes for people with a genetic predisposition to degenerative diseases. He combines academic knowledge with clinical practice to create plans based on the real needs of the body.
